JahnsTek, LLC and you, the Client, agree that the following terms and conditions will govern any order for hardware, software, and any JahnsTek service(s). All clients are subject to the payment conditions and all other conditions as stated herein. JahnsTek, LLC has the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time without notice. The current terms & conditions will always be posted on http://www.jahnstek.com/.
JahnsTek, LLC charges an hourly labor rate for technical support and networking services. First hour is $79.00 and then $45.00 per hour after that. All technical support services, either performed at client site (on-site) or carry-in/pick-up service (in-house), carry a one (1) hour minimum labor charge. Service is then billed at 15-minute increments thereafter. Telephone support and remote support (Internet support) is billed in 15-minute increments.

All products sold are billed to the client in addition to any applicable labor charges.
All invoices must be paid within 28 days of the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by JahnsTek, LLC. Payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order is accepted for payment. Invoices are required for all hardware, software, and any JahnsTek service(s). If invoices are not accepted by the client, then the client must provide payment on delivery of product(s) or completion of service(s). All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.
Any invoice with an outstanding balance beyond the 28 day payment requirement, is subject to a 5% ($5.00 minimum) monthly finance charge of the unpaid balance. Only payment by Cashier’s Check or Money Order will be accepted for late payment(s). Delinquent accounts may be subject to credit hold or further collection proceedings, which may include repossession of goods.
Product prices do not include sales or other taxes imposed on the sale of goods. Wisconsin and Fond du Lac County sales tax of 5.5% will be added to the invoice purchase price. Sales tax is not imposed on labor/service charges. The client agrees to be responsible for all sales taxes imposed, or provide JahnsTek, LLC with a valid tax exemption certificate.
All sales are final. In special instances, JahnsTek, LLC, in its sole discretion, may agree to replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of a product/service. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed for returned products. Software cannot be returned or refunded.
All software products sold by JahnsTek, LLC are manufactured by a third party, protected by copyright, and are subject to the third party’s license and/or associated terms, conditions, and/or warranties. Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in the license provided with the software. Any defects in software do not give rise to liability on the part of JahnsTek, LLC.
JahnsTek, LLC does not provide any warranty for products sold or services provided. Only original equipment manufacturer warranties (if applicable) apply.
Limitation of Liability
JahnsTek is not liable for incidental or consequential damage, lost business profits, damage or destruction of data.
