Back in 1998, when my parents bought our first computer, I was instantly hooked. Ever since then, I have been extremely interested in all forms of technology from gadgets to computers, and yes, video games. Since then I enrolled in a two-year School-to-Work program through the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce, during which I worked in the Information Technology department for the Rosendale Brandon School District. Also during my School-to-Work program I completed an A+ prep course at Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac, and as part of the A+ class, I assisted the business technology instructors at Horace Mann High School with technical problems they encountered. I graduated from Laconia High School in Rosendale, WI in 2005 and then began my schooling at Moraine Park Technical College that fall. In December of 2007, I graduated from MPTC with high honors, receiving an Information Technology Network Specialist Associates Degree, an Information Technology Technical Support Specialist Associates Degree, and a Computer Information Security Advanced Technical Certificate. After taking a semester break, I decided to use a credit transfer opportunity to begin working on my Bachelors degree at Franklin University. In December of 2011, I completed my Bachelors of Science in Information Technology degree. I've worked in the IT field for over 12 years now, and hold several professional certifications. I have been helping people with their computer and network problems for many years now and I hope you will be the next person that I can give some assistance to.
